Orchid Workshops

Come & join us in the nursery surrounded by some of the oldest orchids in the UK & learn how to care for your plants, or mount them beautifully to create a naturalistic display.
The workshops will begin at 10.30am, where you will be given a tour of our historic collection and we will discuss all things orchid, including potting, watering, feeding, breeding, pests, & so much more, hopefully leaving with a great new confidence with orchids, perfect for both the beginner or enthusiast.
On the Orchid Care workshop we will get our hands dirty with some repotting and propagation & and on the the Mounting workshop you will create your own mounted piece. There will be plenty of time to ask any questions about your orchid concerns.
Duration: start time 10.30am until 1pm at the nursery – Resting Oak Hill, Cooksbridge, BN8 4PR
