Delivery & Returns
All of our deliveries are made using FEDEX within UK Mainland Only.
Standard Cost : £25
We have had to increase the price of our delivery service as of January 2023, as other factors within our delivery process have also increased their prices.
Deliveries to UK mainland addresses are made using courier or postal services at our discretion, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
We usually send out orders Monday – Thursday and would expect to despatch goods by the end of the following day (not weekends). We would ask you to inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. Delivery is weather dependent. During the winter if we get very cold weather we will delay delivery and in the summer if it is very hot we will again delay.
Please include delivery instructions if you will not be in to receive the parcel. You can do this when you get to the checkout on the website.
Following new rules regarding Brexit we have taken the decision to stop sending orchids over seas. This decision was not taken lightly but new procedures and costs have prevented us to continue doing this.
If you are unhappy with the orchid you have received please email us on email@example.com with pictures. We will endeavour to deal with your complaint quickly.
