In such an event, we will contact the customer to discuss alternative products which may be acceptable as a substitute. or we will return payment if so requested.

Plant Descriptions & Names
The descriptions in these listings are given in good faith and are intended to be representative of plants flowering on our nursery. All photographs depict actual plants we have grown, unless stated otherwise. For seedlings, the details given are what we expect the plants to produce and photographs approximate those expectations to the best of our ability. The naming of plants, particularly in the orchid world, is invariably a contentious issue. We do our best to identify plants by the correct nomenclature but would expect to lapse occasionally.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
